COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors FDU5CM2K18C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ultratech-Stepper products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultratech-Stepper such as the 04070047 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FF25E2XS manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HW60V2E2 by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.s.-Motors Brand FF50E1AS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ultratech-Stepper such as 011803903 equipment made by Ultratech-Stepper have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ultratech-Stepper products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ultratech-Stepper" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H10P1DC made by U.s.-Motors as well as the popular H15P3DC original spares produced by U.s.-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H25P1D by U.s.-Motors and 011803903 spares by Ultratech-Stepper are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H50P3G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer U.s.-Motors. |
